We had a wonderfully polished stay at this contemporary hotel. The rooms were huge and spacious, with a king bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was massive with separate shower and toilet areas, and the rainfall shower was a nice touch. The Nespresso machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was super clean, and the free flavoured waters in the reception area were a nice touch. The fitness room had all the necessary equipment, including free weights and a bench press. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located close enough to the old town, making it convenient to explore the city's historic sites. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and pool, were great and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and fluent in English, making communication seamless.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, with only a 15-20 minute walk to the historic city center. It is also easily accessible from the airport and main bus station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The hotel staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. guests can enjoy a great view from higher floors and access to a luxurious casino downstairs.

The hotel lacks a concierge service, which may lead to minor inconveniences in terms of directions and recommendations.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center and the port. Comfortable and spacious suite with a nice view. The executive lounge provided a friendly atmosphere, well-stocked with drinks and a variety of food options.

The breakfast can get crowded and there seemed to be a shortage of staff clearing tables from dirty dishes. it would have been helpful to have a close-up mirror in the bathroom and better labeling for the lights in the room.

Their spa and wellness centre was top-notch, I indulged in a relaxing massage which left me refreshed for days. the room had many exclusive amenities, such as a private facility and an in-room breakfast. the restaurant served delicious food with quality service, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a cocktail. the sun terrace with sun loungers was a great place to relax with a book and soak up the sun.

My only minor issue with this hotel was the confusing and fiddly light switches in the room. While it wasn't a huge inconvenience, it slightly detracted from the overall experience.

This hotel offered me a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable, and the spa center with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage rooms was top-notch. the sun terrace with sun loungers was a great spot to relax, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent place to unwind. In-room breakfast was also a plus.

The location was not as ideal as I had hoped, as it was a bit of a walk to reach the city center. it was still within reasonable distance and the hotel offered shuttle services.
